The focus of my teaching is skill building while having fun. Many of the classes I teach involve making blocks and then students playing to create their own individual design. I work with and enjoy teaching scrap quilts, fast piecing techniques and fabric art using fusing techniques. To the left are the current classes being offered. Below are some of the Trunk Shows and Lectures also being offered.

Scraps, Scraps, Scraps
This trunk show features a wide variety of scrap quilts. Included is a discussion of various types of scrap quilts as well as suggestions for separating and storing scraps. Get lots of ideas for what to do with your scrap collection. Trunk shows range from 45 minutes
to an hour with time for questions.

My Quilting Journey
In more than 30 years of quilting, I not only have seen lots of changes in the quilting world, my own quilts have changed. Let me take you on a journey from traditional quilts, made before rotary cutters, to art quilts made from fused fabric. Lectures range from 45 minutes
to an hour with time for questions.
Successes and Failures on a Fabric Diet
Can you ever have too much fabric? Yes, and here is what a group from my guild did about it. Find out the rules we followed, our successes and failures, and how to set up your own diet. A trunk show accompanies the talk, showing some of the work I did on the diet.
